If so, chances are extremely high that it can be automated. There are several programs out there, but we try to stick to Microsoft Power Automate Desktop (PAD) as it is free for local MS 365 business users to run attended on their local work stations.

Upon request, process intelligence is gathering additional data such as what steps of each process were completed when, by whom. Analysis of this kind of data can shed light on bottlenecks, issues, trends, etc.
Streamlining is simply the act of cutting out excess steps. Intelligence is not a requirement for streamlining, although the analysis often helps in trimming more of the fat. Simplifying process and getting rid of excess steps can improve both time and efficiency within your process.
